Absolutely wonderful food and staff. They pride themselves on making it as authentic as they can and for it to be food they too enjoy. $15 Bahn Mi (at the time of this review) may seem steep but you are getting quality.

Their banh mi is the best, fresh and tasty! I love the crispy pork belly banh mi; it’s always my favorite, and they make it even better. The ingredients are fresh and flavorful. Variety of choice, and price is definitely worth it Well done!

Bánh mì were delicious, we tried roast pork and the cold ham and they are just like Madam Khánh in VN. Recommended.

A little bit more expensive than the normal banhmi, but it’s so worth the price. Taste wise, very similar to the ones you’ll get in Vietnam, I’ll dare to say it’s better in some cases. Meats and veggies are filled to the brim! If you love banhmi, give this place a go!

I love a good banh mi. And I'm so happy there's finally a decent banh mi place in box hill just outside box hill central! I had the crispy pork belly and the meat was generous. They also put a lot of sauce which I like cause it just made everything so juicy. Price is definitely higher compared to what you might get in Springvale. Staff was super friendly too. Perfect for place for a casual brunch and coffee. Will definitely come back to try the other flavours. Please please please come here because we need to keep this banh mi place alive. As much as I love hot pot milk tea I think we've had enough
